Lewistown Couple Charged In The Abuse of 4-y/o Child
Feb 23, 2021

Lewistown Police have arrested a Lewistown couple following a months-long investigation into sexual abuse of a 4-y/o victim that stems from an incident last year. The victim’s foster mother was told by the victim back in September that 49-y/o Todd Leroy Rosebush had forced the child to engage in multiple acts with him. The investigation also revealed that the abuse had been ongoing since Sept. 14, 2020 at a Logan St. residence at the hands of Rosebush. DNA evidence was obtained & analyzed at the State Police lab in Harrisburg relative to the case. Police arrested Rosebush on Feb. 19, with multiple criminal felonies, including rape of a child, & was incarcerated on $500,000 bail after being arraigned before Judge Jack Miller. Police also charged 56-y/o Tammey Rosebush with a felony count of endangering the welfare of a child.
