Nittany Greyhounds will hold a Meet & Greet event on Saturday, September 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pet Supplies Plus, 277 Northland Center, State College. The public can come to meet retired racing greyhounds and learn about greyhounds as pets. Lovingly known as 45-mile-an-hour couch potatoes, retired racers adapt well to living in homes.
