Dan Smyers of Dan and Shay and his wife, Abby,have rescued a 16-year-old toothless, emaciated dog from a shelter with the hope of getting her healthy enough to adopt out.
In an Instagram post, Dan reported the sad news that the dog is in poor health. Dan and Abby decided to adopt her and give her the love that has been missing for the remainder of her days.
